What is Extra Life?
Extra Life unites thousands of gamers around the world to play games in support of their local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital. Since its inception in 2008, Extra Life has raised more than $50 million for sick and injured kids. Sign up today and dedicate a day of play for kids in your community!

Where this began:
This marathon began because we wondered if we could still play games for 24 hours straight, and the original fundraiser challenge was born! We’re back for another year and we’re hoping to break last year’s total by hitting $12,000 over two 24-hour marathons.
Why do we do this?
To put it simply, whatever direction we look in life, we see someone who has been directly affected by the amazing people at Seattle Children’s Hospital—family members, friends and strangers. People all around us have had their lives changed by the kindness and compassion of all the hardworking professionals at Seattle Children’s Hospital.

About this event:
This marathon stream will consist of 24 hours of video games. Hosted by Sean “Sharkims”, and several others from the S&FF Team and Volunteers.

How do I participate in the event Giveaways?
1) Donate! We need to reach the unlock points for each tier! Giveaways can be unlocked over time, even if we don’t hit the mark on the event day!
2) Enter in the various giveaways, on r/BuildAPC, S&F Foundation, and through Cooler Master! Links posted below in the Prize section.
3) The Foundation giveaway (Gleam.io) will run for 2 weeks from the date of unlock. Unlock occurs at $12,000 for the foundation giveaway. Please refer to the Prize Section for detailed rule breakdowns for each of the giveaways (r/BuildAPC, S&F Foundation, Cooler Master)
4) SHARE THIS EVENT! The more people, the more donations, the more giveaways will unlock!
r/BuildAPC – Live from August 1st till august 14th at 11:59PM
S&F Foundation – Live for 2 weeks from the time that $12,000 is raised, a Gleam link will be revealed on our Twitch Stream and also on our Discord.
Cooler Master – Live for 2 weeks from the time that $16,000 is raised, and given on their Discord.
Notes:
All PC giveaways are international.
Any Digital giveaways are international.
Physical swag items are US Only, unless otherwise stated.
No donation is required to enter to win, however we must reach the goals to activate the giveaways.
Remember! This is for the kids at Seattle Children’s Hospital! Every dollar matters!

During this event we will be attempting to main a “PG” rating, except during the “After Hours” block of time.
Swear words may occur, or exist in the below list of games.
Swear words said by any of the hosts of this event will result in a $1 drop into the “Swear Jar”.
During the “After Hours” block of time the stream may become “R” rated. This occurs between the hours of 11PM Pacific and 5AM Pacific.
